Hubs were found to have cracks in the mounting flange of the mounting bores. Operator was unable to determine trigger factors.

Pilot reported RH prop lever jammed at 2600 RPM when moving from climb to cruise power. Defect traced to stiff propeller pitch control cable. Cable lubricated. System tested and found satisfactory.
