Help yourself at new CASA self service

CASA has launched a new online self-service the new system will allow engineers, air traffic controllers and ground handling personnel to view their details. On 23rd March maintenance personnel licence (MPL) holders will be able to submit some of CASA’s MPL forms online and monitor the status of these applications.

To access the new CASA Self Service you will need to register. (Registration for the existing portal will not work on the new system.) Once you have registered you will be able to view your:

  • MPL and ANS licence details
  • Personal details and
  • Submit MPL forms, including Payment Advice AME Licence Reports and Authority to Release AME information service requests.

To correctly fill out the forms on CASA Self Service will require either Adobe Reader XI or Adobe Acrobat version 11 (or greater). Due to the interactivity in the forms, they are not compatible with older Adobe versions or non-Adobe PDF readers.

Download the latest version of Adobe Reader for free from the Adobe Website so you can use forms on CASA Self Service. get.adobe.com/uk/reader/

In the future CASA will expand its Self Service options to include:

  • Viewing Flight Crew Licence details
  • Submitting FCL applications online and
  • Viewing the status of these service requests.
