It’s on again. The who’s who of aviation in Australia will converge on Avalon, in Victoria, tomorrow for three days of exhibitions and networking as part of the Australian International Airshow.
The industry expo, which is the largest in the southern hemisphere, will bring together aviation and aerospace professionals along with key defence personnel from around the Asia-Pacific.
The expo will be closely followed by three days open to the public that will see over 150,000 aviation enthusiasts go through the turnstiles, before witnessing a tribute to the heroes of military aviation as part of the century of the Anzac centenary celebrations.
The public days will also feature a vast array of the latest military aircraft along with a large number of vintage, classic and experimental aircraft taking part in historic re-enactments, ground events and the popular ‘Night Alight’ spectacular, a fiery and explosive display after the sun goes down.
CASA will be one of many organisations to have a stand at Avalon and will be handing out all the latest safety material on topics including remotely piloted aircraft, dangerous goods, human factors, ageing aircraft, safety management systems and much more. CASA subject matter experts will be on hand to answer all your questions.
Make sure to stop by the CASA stand in Hall 3 to meet our experts and get your free safety material to take home along with your very own Flight Safety Australia cap.
See you there!
