Garrett TFE73131G engine (turbine/turboprop)—turbine engine vibrates. SDR 510021052
Airframe vibration felt through airframe. Vibration ceased when RH 3engine shut down. Investigation continuing.

Garrett TPE33111U611 engine (turbine/turboprop)—turbine engine fluctuates. SDR 510021025
LH engine suffered torque fluctuations on take-off. Ground runs could not duplicate the fault and the flight was continued. Suspect vapour lock in system.

Garrett TPE33112UH turbine engine turbine section—turbine blade failed. SDR 510020954
RH engine second stage turbine blade failed due to fatigue. P/No: 31039252.

GE CF3410E engine (turbine/turboprop)—turbine engine smoke/fumes. SDR 510021004
Smoke in cockpit during take-off roll. Suspect coming from No1 engine which had been replaced the previous night. Investigation continuing. P/No: CF3410E5. TSN: 18179 hours/12583 cycles.

GE CFM567B engine cranking system—air starter unserviceable. SDR 510020896
No 2 engine failed to start. No 2 reached six per cent then stopped. No 2 engine air starter replaced, aircraft system tested serviceable. Aircraft released to service. P/No: 1851M36P10350594510. TSN: 15932 hours/9996 cycles.

GE CFM567B engine fuel pump—fitting leaking. SDR 510020960
No 2 engine driven fuel pump leaking from adjustment fitting located on the top of the pump.

GE CT79B fuel control/turbine engines—HMU faulty. SDR 510021040
LH engine hydromechanical unit (HMU) faulty. Investigation found uneven fuel scheduling. P/No: 6068T72P22.

PWA PT6A42 turbine engine combustion section—combustion case corroded. SDR 510021055
LH engine gas generator case corroded. P/No: PCE93509500. TSN: 7981 hours TSO: 2473 hours.

PWA PW123E engine (turbine/turboprop)—turbine engine auto shutdown. SDR 510021001
No 2 engine auto-feathered on take-off. Investigation continuing.

PWA PW125B turbine engine turbine section—turbine engine unserviceable. SDR 510021094
Increased vibration and a whining noise No 2 engine during taxi. Engine seized on shutdown. Initial inspection found damage to the HP turbine with one blade missing. Investigation continuing.

Rolls Royce TAY65015 turbine engine oil system—relief valve unserviceable. SDR 510020979
No 2 engine low oil pressure. Engine oil pressure relief valve suspect faulty. Oil pressure transmitter also changed.

No 4 engine intermediate gearbox support web cracked. Found during inspection NMSB RB211-72-H792. P/No: TRF3000G05. TSN: 12223 hours TSO: 12223 hours.

Turbomeca ARRIEL1E Turbine engine oil system—breather blocked. SDR 510021131
No 1 engine oil system centrifugal breather pipe outlet blocked by carbon build-up preventing correct breather operation leading to pressure build-up and oil leakage past the labyrinth seals.

Williams FJ443AP Engine (turbine/turboprop)—turbine engine suspect faulty. SDR 510020982
RH engine oil filter bypass light illuminated. Engine removed for further investigation.
