Aluminium fuel line P/No 0400343-3 and union fitting P/No AN815-6D corroded and leaking beneath sleeving insulation P/No S292-18. Suspect corrosion exacerbated by sleeving due to trapping of contamination and moisture. P/No: 04003433. TSN: 10971 hours.

SDR 510021083 | Saab SF340B pneumatic distribution system—clamp failed. RH engine bleed duct clamp failed due to ‘T’ bolt shearing. Hot air leak caused damage under the afterbody between WS 114.6 and WS 150. Damage also to wing trailing edge composite material as well as areas of the flap top skin. P/No: A40C60.

SDR 510020920 | Messerschmitt BO105C Rotorcraft flight control—rod end SUP. Pilot reported upper pitch change link had excessive play. LAME found rod end assembly ball separated from rod end. On closer examination it was found the rod end was slightly different to the OEM item. P/No: 10513144. TSN: 7 hours.

SDR 510020974 | Hartzell HCB3TN3 propeller blade section—propeller blade damaged. Propeller blade tips damaged. Suspect unreported propeller strike. Propeller and engine removed for further investigation. Investigation continuing.

SDR 510020962 | ATR ATR72212A wheel—wheel cracked. Main wheel outer half cracked between shoulder of tiebolt hole bore, across mating face and towards wheel flange. Found during eddy current inspection CMM 32-49-42 Rev 3 and confirmed using due penetrant inspection. Crack length approximately 20.32mm (0.8in). P/No: A365593. TSN: 5333 hours/4805 cycles TSO: 2398 hours/2064 cycles.

SDR 510020988 | Cessna 182Q trailing edge flap control system—terminal failed. LH flap retraction cable failed at stainless steel turnbuckle terminal located in roof lining. Cable was only held together by turnbuckle lockwire. Found due to fault finding for low cable tension. P/No: 051010594. TSN: 6656 hours

SDR 510020986 | Cessna TU206G engine mount section—bolt missing. Forward RH engine mount bolts (2-off) missing. All other engine mount bolts loose (backed out). Aircraft is fitted with an IO-550 engine under an STC. The engine was fitted with a ‘smooth ride six point engine mount kit’ under STC SA00796AT.
