CASA’s corporate IT system has been upgraded and online services are available again.

CASA apologises for the inconvenience caused by the unavailability of the systems and appreciates your patience while the queued requests are now being actioned by CASA staff.

You may also like to register now for the new CASA Self Service, which has been upgraded to allow users to update your personal details.
