Fuel sender bench test carried out, indication above limits, open circuit. Resistance is 3 ohms, (+2 or -2 ohms when the tanks are empty). Resistance is 90 ohms, (+5 or -5 ohms when the tanks are full). At approx. 80 ohms reading on sender, circuit exhibits intermittent open circuit. Possibly manufacturing fault. Warranty claim processed.

Load frame had developed a minor hairline crack along a welded joint. After discussing it with the manufacturer, it appears that this is occurring during road transportation. OEM is already aware of it. Structure reinforcement is planned.

Replacement rudder trim actuator fitted to aircraft for an indication fault. Actuator failed on fitment. Original re-fitted. Accompanied form 1 marked as ‘repaired’. Reviewing tear down report found part has the same defect before repair.
