GULFSTREAM 695A–ATA 3213 MAIN LANDING GEAR STRUT/AXLE/TRUCK–DRAG BRACE–CRACKED. DR 611852266
Fluorescent dye penetrant inspection carried out on the LH and RH main landing gear clevis and drag brace. RH drag brace has crack indication. All other areas, nil cracking detected.

CESSNA 172 M–ATA 3213 MAIN LANDING GEAR STRUT/AXLE/TRUCK–TORQUE LINK–CRACKED. DR 611852267
Eddy current inspection carried against following SIDs:
1. 32-20-01 Nose Gear Torque Link
2. 57-11-01 Wing Structure
3. 57-40-01 Strut & Strut Wing Attach
Crack indication detected against SID 32-20-01 on nose gear torque link. All other areas had nil cracking detected.

PIPER PA36 375–ATA 5711 WING SPAR–SPAR–CORRODED. DR 611852269 (images above)
During inspection, corrosion was found on lower spar caps. Necessary rectifications planned.

CESSNA 172 P–ATA 3411 PITOT/STATIC SYSTEM–PITOT TUBE–BLOCKED. DR 611852329
Pilot reported that the airspeed indicator was not indicating and grounded the aircraft. Live bug found in the end of the pitot tube. Bug removed.

CESSNA 182 T–ATA 3411 PITOT/STATIC SYSTEM–PITOT TUBE–BLOCKED. DR 611852331
Pitot tube blocked by unknown item. Blockage cleared.

BEECH 58–ATA 5300 FUSELAGE STRUCTURE (GENERAL)–FUSELAGE–BIRD STRIKE. DR 611852316

Bird strike reported on RH side of aircraft. Remains found on gear door, RH wing and RH engine cowling. Relevant inspections carried out satisfactory.

BEECH 33 A36–ATA 2710 AILERON CONTROL SYSTEM–TURNBUCKLE–FAILED. DR 611852326 (images above)
Aileron cable turnbuckle end failures. Cable assy replaced.
