AIRBUS A320 232 – ATA 2913 HYDRAULIC PUMP, (ELECTRIC/ENGINE), MAIN  – PUMP – FAILED. DR 611954106
Crew observed “HYD B ELEC PUMP LO PR” and “HYD SYS LO PR” ECAM indications during cruise.
Root cause: Blue electric hydraulic pump found failed.
Blue electric hydraulic pump to be replaced.
EMBRAER EMB120 ER – ATA 3441 INERTIAL GUIDANCE SYSTEM  – AHRS – Connectors contaminated. DR 611954121
Pitch attitude comparator warning flag on EADI2.

Root cause: Contamination of connectors was observed when DPU and AHRS were removed.

DPU and AHRS #1- and #2-unit connectors cleaned of contamination. Units Refitted and functional check c/o serviceable.

AIRBUS A330 202 – ATA 5330 FUSELAGE MAIN, PLATES/SKIN  – SKIN – DAMAGED. DR 611954141
During walk around check, Engineer found scratch mark of 1.8 inch in length and through hole with approximately 3mm diameter at DR 2L area prior Aerobridge connection.
Approved repairs completed.
AIRBUS A320 232 – ATA 2210 AUTOPILOT SYSTEM – RUDDER – UNCOMMANDED ACTIVATE. DR 611954154
While in cruise, Autopilot #1 engaged, aircraft experienced right yaw. Autopilot remained engaged. Once in cruise and twice on descent, a noticeable and abnormal yaw input was experienced with autopilot engaged. Flight data has been forwarded to Airbus for assessment and troubleshooting advice has been requested.

Resolution: Rudder Trim Actuator, FAC 1 replaced. Wiring checks completed.

SAAB 340 B – ATA 3010 AIRFOIL ANTI-ICE/DE-ICE SYSTEM – De Icer Boot – PUNCTURED. DR 611954181
During scheduled inspection of horizontal stabilizer, de-icer boot found boot with 130mm of stitching damage. It appears that stitching failure was initiated by impact damage.

Under investigation.

AIRBUS A320 232 – ATA 3240 LANDING GEAR BRAKE SYSTEM  – Brake fan – DAMAGED. DR 611954187
During pre-flight walkaround inspection, #2-wheel, brake and brake fan shroud support found to be damaged.
#2 Brake assy and #2 MWA replaced. MEL applied to brake fan.
IAI 1124 – ATA 3220 NOSE/TAIL LANDING GEAR – CONTROL ROD – CORRODED. DR 611954191
NLG control rods failed during NDT. External corrosion found on the shafts as well. NLG door shaft replaced IAW AMM32-20-00. Landing gear functional check carried out IAW AMM 32-10-03.
AIRBUS A320 232 – ATA 2730 ELEVATOR CONTROL SYSTEM  – SERVO CONTROL – LEAKING. DR 611954196
During Cruise, ECAM showed “HYD B RSVR LO LVL & HYD B SYS LO PR” message. Leak traced to L/H elevator servocontrol actuator 34CE3 between piston barrel and actuator body. Aircraft AOG, with actuator replaced and investigation ongoing.
BOEING 717 200 – ATA 3610 PNEUMATIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM – FAN AIR VALVE – UNSERVICEABLE. DR 611954197
“Air Return” – due crew report of F.A.V. fault on climb. P.S.C. (Pneumatic System Controller), flags LH Fan air Valve to be defective. F.A.V. replaced, tested serviceable.
