| LYCOMING O360 D3G – ATA 7810 ENGINE COLLECTOR/TAILPIPE/NOZZLE – PISTON ENGINE – ROUGH RUNNING. DR 611954011 | ||
| Rough running (vibration) experienced at full power at around 300ft AGL on climb coupled with drop of approximately 100 -150 rpm. Oil Temperatures and Pressures in the green, fuel pressure stable.
Root cause: Failed exhaust muffler. It is probable that a part of the muffler has temporarily caused a blockage with resultant power reduction. Muffler piece may then have discharged overboard. |

| Fuel fumes in cabin when Aux fuel pumps or heater on. Root cause: Fuel flow test/bleed line caps weeping fuel. Removed, cleaned, inspected & refitted. Tested serviceable. |
