|During 100 inspection task E02, a crack was found on the wing walk support rib at RH WS 36.22.
Repairs been carried out.
|SWEARINGEN SA227 DC – ATA 3250 LANDING GEAR STEERING SYSTEM – PIPE – SPLIT. DR 612054586|
|During landing phase, aircraft suffered hydraulic failure at nose steering and the brakes.
Root cause: Split in hydraulic pipe PN 27-81032-315.
Pipe is an original part from manufacture. There was no evidence of chafing of the pipe in situ.
The defective pipe has been replaced, with RTS completed.

|Inflight, a loud noise was identified during cruise shortly after top of climb. It was discovered that the aircraft had jettisoned hydraulic fluid and landing gear was no longer up. Emergency extension carried out, gear down and locked.
Root cause: LH Main gear actuator body had cracked and failed.

|LH upper engine mount tube found cracked during inspection. Could be due to heavy landing. Rectifications are continuing.|

|Cracking around cross bracing joints. Flexing of the frame as possible cause.
Repairs would be by re welding the joints.
