| During landing phase, aircraft suffered hydraulic failure at nose steering and the brakes.
Root cause: Split in hydraulic pipe PN 27-81032-315. Pipe is an original part from manufacture. There was no evidence of chafing of the pipe in situ. The defective pipe has been replaced, with RTS completed. |

| Inflight, a loud noise was identified during cruise shortly after top of climb. It was discovered that the aircraft had jettisoned hydraulic fluid and landing gear was no longer up. Emergency extension carried out, gear down and locked.
Root cause: LH Main gear actuator body had cracked and failed. Rectifications planned. |
