|LYCOMING LTS101 850B2 – ATA 7314 ENGINE FUEL PUMP – COUPLING – FAILED. DR 612054583|
|Engine started accelerating beyond normal operating parameters.
Root cause: Plastic splined coupling between fuel pump and FCU failed.
Part replaced with new coupling.
|PRATT AND WHITNEY PT6A 42 – ATA 7321 FUEL CONTROL/TURBINE ENGINES – O RING – Fuel leak. DR 612054596|
|After departure, crew noted that there was reduced power on one side. ATB to departing base executed.
Root cause: Fuel leak from forward RH engine cowl tracing to a split O ring on fuel nozzle transfer tube.
O ring replaced. Leak checks and ground runs carried out as per EMM.

|Shortly after take-off, left hand engine reverted to manual mode. Crew elected to return to departing base due no maintenance support at site.
Fault could not be reproduced, Electrical harnesses inspected; ECU’s transposed for further troubleshooting.

|Blocker door #1 ENG O/B T/Rev attach lugs failed allowing door to impact inner Reverser translating sleeve.|
|GARRETT TPE331 12 – ATA 7810 ENGINE COLLECTOR/TAILPIPE/NOZZLE – DUCT – CRACKED. DR 612054604|
|During scheduled zonal Inspection, a crack was noted on the exhaust duct. The exhaust duct was replaced.|
