Engine started accelerating beyond normal operating parameters. Root cause: Plastic splined coupling between fuel pump and FCU failed. Part replaced with new coupling. |

PRATT AND WHITNEY PT6A 42 – ATA 7321 FUEL CONTROL/TURBINE ENGINES – O RING – Fuel leak. DR 612054596 | ||
After departure, crew noted that there was reduced power on one side. ATB to departing base executed. Root cause: Fuel leak from forward RH engine cowl tracing to a split O ring on fuel nozzle transfer tube. O ring replaced. Leak checks and ground runs carried out as per EMM. |
