RH MLG inspected – found incorrect orientation of PN1840-0027 upper bearing support. Also inspected leg/stops/ torque links, found satisfactory. Re-oriented upper bearing support, leg serviced and re-assembled. Retraction checks carried out satisfactory. |

During lubrication of the exposed control cables in the main wheel well, #3 flight control spoiler cable WSA2-3 fount to be broken (where the cable passed through a pulley guide). Rectifications planned. | ||

On approach after autopilot disconnected, control column was stuck in centre position while attempting to roll aircraft to the right. Excessive force was required before it would respond.
Root cause: Ratchet noise heard coming from roll servo. Roll servo defective. Roll servo replaced. |

During routine inspection, a crack of 6mm to the rivet head was observed on stringer 10 of lower LH wing at approx. station Y657 (I/B dry bay, FWD O/B corner of access panel).
Fatigue of LH Stringer 10 (Part number 120-16085-001 – pre-mod SB120-57-0037) Permanent repair (SB 120-57-0037 incorporation) to be done within 4000 FC or next “C” Check (whichever occurs first). |

During heavy maintenance inspection, as per SB 53-1372 R01, crack was found in 1 hole on RHS Fuselage, FR 35, S-30R. Crack still present after 2nd oversize. Airbus contacted; approved repair embodied. |

Flight controls stiff initially after disconnecting autopilot in flight. Once aircraft powered down and control lock tried to be put in binding occurred again.
Root cause: Aileron servo unserviceable. Aileron servo replaced. System tests & duplicate inspection c/o satisfactory. |

After take-off, flaps selected up, flap fault caution received. Land back to base planned and conducted.
After troubleshooting, Flap Control Unit PN 307500-1017replaced and tested serviceable. |

Inflight, no PHC 3 DATA – source CFDS triggered within the PFR. ISIS CAS started to decrease from 265kt down to 0 within 1min. A/C reverted in Alternate law.
AP2 was voluntarily disengaged then re-engaged 1min14s later. AP2 was disengaged and AP1 was engaged. A/C landed uneventfully in direct law (A/C reverted in direct law as soon as L/G were selected down). PFR data reviewed and Airbus contacted. After carrying out relevant AMM and TSM task and as per Airbus recommendation PHC3 and ADIRU3 replacement carried out. |
