With the new flight operations regulations coming into effect tomorrow, you’ll see some changes in the 2 December 2021 Aeronautical Information Publication.
The majority of the changes will be to provide updated regulatory references throughout the document.
There are also changes to terminology so they align with the new rule set. For instance, the term air transport will replace the terms regular public transport and charter.
The flight operations changes affect everyone in aviation, so it’s important you understand what has changed and how it will impact you.
With a high number of changes occurring, we recommend you visit the online version today and familiarise yourself with what is different. Additional amendments may be necessary and these will be made by AIP Supplement (AIP SUP).
