- Description: Aircraft appeared to abort take-off and overran runway. It went through airfield perimeter fence and struck vehicle on nearby road, killing sole occupant. Fuselage was ruptured and fire broke out.

- Description: Ambulance helicopter crashed into hospital during take-off from nearby helipad in poor visibility.

- Description: Aircraft went around on landing and crew declared an emergency, mentioning bird strike. Aircraft made 180-degree turn to land in opposite direction of initial approach. Aircraft landed gear-up, slid past end of runway and collided with ILS localiser antenna array installed on concrete platform. Fuselage disintegrated and burst into flames, tail separated near vertical stabiliser and remained relatively intact. Two cabin crew survived.
