CFM CFM56 7B 26–ATA 7261 TURBINE ENGINE OIL SYSTEM–TURBINE ENGINE–IFSD. DR 611852235
Aircraft returned from flight following an in-flight shutdown of engine #2 due to low oil quantity and low oil pressure. Review of QAR data confirmed the engine had operated with no oil pressure and requires removal for shop visit. Engine change is in progress.

PRATT AND WHITNEY PT6A 114A–ATA 7321 FUEL CONTROL/TURBINE ENGINES–FCU–SUSPECT FAULTY. DR 611852253

Power lever was not responding at ground idle. Moreover, smoke was observed in the cockpit. Suspected internal fuel control settings out of adjustment. FCU was replaced, will be forwarded to PWC for teardown.

ATA 7200 ENGINE (TURBINE/TURBOPROP)–TURBINE ENGINE–SMOKE. DR 611852261
Pax reported, #1 engine had leak causing smoke to exit the tail pipe, aircraft carried out a ground return to base for investigation. Engineers carried out engine ground runs to check the ecology drain and fuel ejector pump system, satisfactory.

CFM CFM56 7B 24–ATA 7261 TURBINE ENGINE OIL SYSTEM–TURBINE ENGINE–LOW OIL QUANTITY. DR 611852264
ATB from flight due engine #2 low quantity. Investigation initiated. No oil leaks detected, and engine oil serviced per the AMM. Oil consumption assessed within serviceable limits.

ROLLS ROYCE TAY620 62015–ATA 7830 THRUST REVERSER–HOSE–BURST. DR 611852265
During taxi, low hydraulic quantity warning presented. Investigation identified #2 engine TR actuator, hydraulic stow hose assembly was leaking. Same replaced. Relevant maintenance completed. Reliability investigations are continuing.

CFM CFM56 7B 26–ATA 7230 TURBINE ENGINE COMPRESSOR SECTION–LUG–CRACKED. DR 611852272
During daily inspection, #2 engine fan blade platform between blades #10 and #11 found sitting proud at leading edge to spinner rear cone. #10 fan blade platform removed, forward lug found to be cracked. Complete set replaced. Investigation is in progress.

PRATT AND WHITNEY PT6A 67P–ATA 7230 TURBINE ENGINE COMPRESSOR SECTION–COMPRESSOR–DAMAGED. DR 611852276
On take-off, pilot heard a noise coming from the engine so turned around and landed. No loss of power or temperature increases was observed. Compressor damage noted between 1st stage stator and the 2nd stage rotor. Engine removed from aircraft and sent to P&WC for strip examination.

CFM CFM56 3 C–ATA 7230 TURBINE ENGINE COMPRESSOR SECTION–VSV cable–Failed resistance check. DR 611852325
Post-engine replacement, engine run discovered high EGT at ground idle. Troubleshooting found engine #1 VSV failed resistance checks IAW AMM 75-31-XX. Cable replaced, tested as serviceable.

CFM CFM56 7B 26–ATA 7830 THRUST REVERSER–THRUST REVERSER–FAILED TO DEPLOY. DR 611852332
Crew reported engine #2 thrust reverser did not deploy on landing. Transitory. Troubleshooting completed satisfactory. FIM 78-31 Task 819 and 820 carried out with nil faults. Sync lock operational test completed IAW AMM 78-31-00-700-XX, engine thrust reverser considered serviceable. Aircraft released to service.

Engine #1 thrust reverser blocker door wear pads (X11) were found missing during maintenance, refer IPC 78-31-07-01A. New wear pads installed IAW CMM 78-31-24 Repair 2-4.
