CESSNA 210 N – ATA 3260 LANDING GEAR POSITION AND WARNING SYSTEM  – LIMIT SWITCH – OPEN CIRCUIT. DR 611954255
No positive landing gear indication light.
Root cause: LH down lock switch circuit u/s.
Switch replaced with new. LH and RH up lock switches, NLG up and down lock switches rewired. Gear swings carried out.
CESSNA 402 C – ATA 7713 MANIFOLD PRESSURE (MP) INDICATING SYSTEM  – LINE – CRACKED. DR 611954259
Pilot reported, LH manifold pressure dropped to 34″ during climb.
Root cause: Snapped Manifold Pressure line.
Line repaired. Ground runs carried out serv.

AD 2019-07-08 compliance. Nothing abnormal to be reported.
CESSNA 404 – ATA 3260 LANDING GEAR POSITION AND WARNING SYSTEM  – DOWNLOCK – NIL INDICATION. DR 611954267
Landing gear down and lock indicator lock intermittently illuminating hence failed to indicate port landing gear down and locked. Suspected electrical wiring or switch issue. Rectifications are continuing.
BEECH 200 B200CT – ATA 2132 CABIN PRESSURE INDICATOR – Shipping Plugs – Not removed. DR 611954276
Beechcraft Service Letter MTL-21-01 referring. Shipping Plugs Left in Indicators. Plugs removed as per SL.
CESSNA 402 C – ATA 3230 LANDING GEAR RETRACT/EXTENSION SYSTEM – SPRING – Out of Adjustment. DR 611954295
Landing gear unlocked; hydraulic press light illuminated after gear selected up.
Root cause: RH Up lock spring found contacting structure.
Fitted thicker washer behind hook. 5 fault free retractions carried out. Aircraft returned to service.
CESSNA 152 – ATA 2421 AC GENERATOR-ALTERNATOR – ALTERNATOR – SUP. DR 611954307
During troubleshooting of an ammeter fault, it was found that the alternator could not be switched off during ground runs without cycling the master battery switch.

Root cause: Unapproved automotive style alternator had been fitted at an unknown time previously.
Automotive alternator includes a built-in regulator, which once powered, overrides normal function of the correct aircraft regulator.

Approved alternator to be fitted prior to releasing the aircraft back to service.

CESSNA 208 – ATA 5740 WING, ATTACH FITTINGS – FITTING – CORRODED. DR 611954289
R/H Aft wing attach fitting has surface corrosion. R/H Aft wing attachment fitting replaced.
 
CESSNA 208 – ATA 5753 TRAILING EDGE FLAPS  – FLAP TRACK – CORRODED. DR 611954296
L/H and R/H outboard Flap track corrosion reported. Flap tracks replaced.
