Are you an aviation safety manager or know someone who is?

If so, why not apply for one of this year’s CASA safety manager scholarships, or encourage a colleague to put their name in the running?

These scholarships are designed to support emerging or developing safety managers who have not yet had access to formal safety management training and promote a healthy culture of aviation safety.

Three successful applicants will each receive $5,000 to support their professional development.

Eligibility

To be eligible, you need to:

  • have a minimum of 2 years aviation industry experience relevant to the position of a safety manager
  • be undertaking or intend to undertake a course you expect to complete during the scholarship period
  • be working for a small to medium sized Australian aviation business
  • have not already completed extensive training towards your development as a safety manager
  • hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

To find out how a scholarship could help you, read the Flight Safety Australia profiles on the previous recipients.
